Fourth-Generation Agriculture Must Be Implemented and a Specialized Crop Calendar Drafted in Mazandaran

Head of Mazandaran Province's Agricultural Jihad Organization said that with the production of nearly 9 million tons of crops across 78 varieties, the transition to fourth-generation agriculture, the development of 10 core indicators for crop selection in the province's 22 counties, and attention to youth participation and narrowing the intergenerational gap are the main strategies for elevating the economic and cultural standing of the agricultural sector.

Referring to the production of nearly 9 million tons of products in 78 different varieties, the head of the Mazandaran Province Agricultural Jihad Organization said: transitioning to the fourth generation agriculture, compiling 10 key indicators in the selection of products in 22 cities, paying attention to youth participation and reducing the intergenerational gap, is the main solution to improve the economic and cultural status of the agricultural sector of the province.
