Deputy Chair of the Education Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, referring to the poisoning of 60 students at Bu Ali Sina University in Hamadan, said: The exact cause of this incident has not yet been determined, and comment on the main source of the poisoning will be possible only after the results of tests conducted on water and food samples are received.

Ambassador Arjan: Referring to the poisoning of 60 students of Boali University in Hamedan, Vice Chairman of the Education Commission of the Islamic Council said: The exact cause of this incident has not yet been determined and after receiving the results of the tests done on water and food, we can comment on the main cause of the poisoning.

Referring to the poisoning of some students of Boali University in Hamedan two days ago, Seyyed Abulhasan Mostafavi said: Preliminary investigations show that the conditions in different dormitories were not the same, and even in some dormitories, people who had not consumed food were also poisoned.

Stating that there are various possibilities about the cause of this incident, he added: It is not yet clear whether the poisoning was caused by water, food or other factors; Because there are also reports that in some dormitories, students did not use the distributed food but got poisoned.

Mostafavi Ghamam continued by emphasizing the need for a specialized investigation of this incident: the University of Medical Sciences has conducted the necessary sampling and tests and we are waiting for the announcement of the results to determine the main cause of the poisoning.

He pointed out: If the contractor is found to be negligent, he will definitely be dealt with. Of course, for now, we have to wait for the results of the health and laboratory tests in order to make a decision about the cause of the accident and the possible responsibility of the factors involved in it.

In another part of this conversation, the vice-chairman of the Education Commission of the Islamic Council pointed out the problem of a number of brilliant students applying to Farhangian University and said: In previous years, these students had the possibility of entering Farhangian University without participating in the entrance exam and obtaining a grade in the entrance examination, but this year, in the final days of the admission process, they were informed that they must have at least a 12th grade point average.

He stated that he considers the principle of setting a minimum grade of 12 as acceptable, and stated: The problem is that such a condition should have been announced to the candidates from the beginning of the admission process so that they would be aware of the new criteria, rather than being faced with this condition in the final days.

Mustafavi Ghamam continued: Considering the practice of the past years, these students thought that the admission conditions were the same as before, and in the last few days, they noticed the change in the criteria. An issue that, according to them, has challenged the justice in the admission process.

Referring to the follow-ups done to solve this problem, he said: We have discussed and followed up on this issue with the relevant authorities and we hope that the problem of about 270 to 280 students will be solved.
