Semnan - The General Director of Customs of Semnan province announced the export of nearly 180 million dollars of goods to 31 countries in the first half of this year and the growth of the province's exports by more than 78%.

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Morteza Hajiannejad, referring to the export of Semnan province's products to 31 countries this year, said: countries in the region, along with countries such as Germany, Bulgaria, Armenia, France and Uzbekistan, have been among the export destinations of products produced in Semnan province.

Referring to the capacity of export-oriented productions and commercial capabilities of Semnan province, he added: active export companies of the province have been able to export nearly 180 million dollars worth of goods to different countries in the first half of this year.

General Director of Customs of Semnan Province, stating that the export of the province has grown by more than 78% in the first half of this year, said: One of the positive events in the business sector of the province has been the increase in the diversity of exporting companies and export products.

Hajiannejad, referring to the increase in the dollar value of exports of the province's goods, said: The factories of Semnan province have increased the dollar value of exports by more than 50% this year, relying on the production capacity and quality of their products, which shows the production and commercial capacities of the province.

He also announced the increase in the number of companies exporting products of the province and added: the number of these companies has reached 132 companies with a significant growth compared to last year; An issue that shows that more businessmen are trying to find suitable markets in different countries of the world and supply products produced in the province.

The general director of customs of Semnan province further listed aluminum foil, ceramic tiles, coolers, lead ingots, gas stoves, salt, ferro-silica, cement and mesh plates among the goods with export capacity of the province this year.
