Sanandaj - One of the commanders of the holy defense, emphasizing the role of the people, leadership and armed forces in preserving the Islamic system, said: unity and standing against the enemy has been one of the most important factors for the country to overcome crises and conspiracies.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، سردار حسن رستگارپناه از فرماندهان دوران دفاع مقدس، شامگاه جمعه در اجتماع شبانه مردم سنندج با اشاره به فراز و نشیب‌های تاریخ انقلاب اسلامی اظهار کرد: از ابتدای پیروزی انقلاب تاکنون، دشمنان با طرح‌ها و توطئه‌های مختلف درصدد تضعیف و فروپاشی نظام اسلامی بوده‌اند، اما اراده مردم، هدایت‌های رهبری و مقاومت نیروهای مدافع کشور، این نقشه‌ها را با شکست مواجه کرده است.
وی با بیان اینکه ملت ایران در مقاطع مختلف تاریخی با ایستادگی خود از استقلال و تمامیت کشور دفاع کرده‌اند، افزود: بررسی حوادث سال‌های نخست انقلاب نشان می‌دهد که جریان‌های مختلف با اهداف و انگیزه‌های گوناگون تلاش کردند مسیر انقلاب را منحرف کنند، اما هوشیاری مردم و پایبندی آنان به آرمان‌های انقلاب، مانع تحقق این اهداف شد.
این فرمانده دوران دفاع مقدس با اشاره به حوادث سال‌های ابتدایی انقلاب در کردستان گفت: مردم این استان در سال‌های پرالتهاب پس از پیروزی انقلاب، با وجود فشارها، ناامنی‌ها و اقدامات گروه‌های مسلح، در دفاع از اسلام، ایران و امنیت منطقه ایستادگی کردند.
رستگارپناه با اشاره به تجربه حضور و خدمت خود در استان کردستان افزود: مردم این منطقه هزینه‌های سنگینی برای دفاع از کشور پرداخت کرده‌اند و شمار زیادی از فرزندان این سرزمین در مسیر مقابله با ناامنی‌ها و دفاع از جمهوری اسلامی به شهادت رسیده‌اند.
وی تأکید کرد: مقاومت مردم کردستان و همراهی آنان با نیروهای مدافع کشور، نشان‌دهنده پیوند عمیق مردم این منطقه با ایران و اهمیت نقش مردم در تأمین امنیت پایدار است.

وی با اشاره به جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعث عراق علیه ایران اظهار کرد: دشمن تصور می‌کرد می‌تواند در مدت کوتاهی به اهداف خود دست پیدا کند، اما مقاومت و ایستادگی جوانان ایرانی، محاسبات دشمن را تغییر داد و ملت ایران توانست با سربلندی از کشور و انقلاب خود دفاع کند.
رستگارپناه با تأکید بر ضرورت انتقال تجربه‌های دوران دفاع مقدس به نسل جوان گفت: وصیت‌نامه سیاسی ـ الهی امام خمینی(ره) از منابع مهم برای شناخت مسیر انقلاب و مسئولیت‌های نسل‌های آینده است و جوانان باید با مطالعه این میراث، با آرمان‌ها و جهت‌گیری‌های بنیان‌گذار جمهوری اسلامی بیشتر آشنا شوند.
این فرمانده دوران دفاع مقدس، رهبری، حضور آگاهانه مردم و فداکاری شهدا را از عوامل اصلی استمرار و استحکام نظام اسلامی دانست و گفت: هدایت‌های راهبردی رهبری، اعتماد و همراهی مردم و ایثار شهدا، زمینه تقویت توان دفاعی کشور و افزایش قدرت بازدارندگی ایران را فراهم کرده است.
وی افزود: تجربه سال‌های گذشته نشان داده است که فشارهای سیاسی، تحریم‌ها، تهدیدهای نظامی و اقدامات برای ایجاد اختلاف در داخل کشور، نتوانسته اراده ملت ایران را از مسیر خود منحرف کند.
رستگارپناه با اشاره به جنگ ۱۲ روزه و جنگ ۴۰ روزه مطرح‌شده در سخنان خود اظهار کرد: دشمنان در محاسباتشان ظرفیت واقعی مردم ایران و توان ایستادگی نیروهای مسلح را نادیده گرفتند، در حالی که حضور و مقاومت مردم، معادلات موردنظر آنان را با چالش مواجه کرد.
Emphasizing the need to strengthen the country's defense preparedness, he said: maintaining the deterrence power, improving the defense capabilities and readiness of the armed forces to deal with threats, is one of the necessities of protecting national security.
Referring to the responsibility of the armed forces in protecting the country's security, Rastgarpanah stated: The armed forces, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the army and the police command, play an important role in dealing with security threats with continuous efforts and operational readiness.
Referring to the conditions of the border areas and the threats of armed groups, he added: the vigilance of the security and military forces and the cooperation of the people have provided the basis for limiting the movements of the enemies.
Referring to regional developments, this commander of the Holy Defense era also emphasized the need for neighboring countries to pay attention to common security and said: Regional cooperation should not become a platform for enemies to use the territory of neighboring countries against Iran's security.
National unity and cohesion must be maintained in speech and action
Emphasizing the necessity of maintaining empathy in the society, he said: All parts of the country, from the people and officials to the armed forces, should move in the direction of strengthening national unity and avoid speech and behavior that weaken internal cohesion.
Rostgarpanah added: overcoming difficult conditions requires synergy of national capacities, accountability of managers and coordinated efforts of all parts of the country.
Referring to the need to compensate for the damages caused by the war and pursue the rights of the Iranian people, he said: protecting the national interests and defending the country's rights requires careful planning, authority and the use of political and economic capacities.
Referring to the necessity of the authorities to pay attention to the livelihood issues of the people, this commander of the holy defense era said: serving the people and solving economic problems should be one of the main priorities of the managers, and the officials should take action to solve the country's problems with more effort, effective planning and the use of internal capacities.
He emphasized: The country has significant capacities and with proper management, planning and extra efforts, many problems can be reduced and the ground for progress and development can be provided.
Rostgarpanah also pointed to the necessity of supporting the oppressed people of Palestine and Lebanon, considered the defense of the resistance front as part of the approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasized the importance of continuing to support the oppressed nations.
In the end, emphasizing the role of the people in preserving the achievements of the Islamic Revolution, he noted: safeguarding Iran's independence, security, and pride requires maintaining unity, strengthening the spirit of responsibility, defense readiness, and continuous efforts for the country's progress.
