'The Algorithm Keeps Correctly Prioritizing Mr. Bidi Blas' – Star Wars: Galactic Racer has created a complete creature.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is out, and it's pretty strong, scoring a 76 in our Galaxy Racer review. Also, as it should always be with Star Wars video games, it's full of cute little guys. None are as funny as Biddy Blass. Why is Biddy Blas so popular? Just listen to his voice acting, who has an absolute ball. I will forever burn the words "SCRIB DOON" into my brain:

I'm not even really looking for Galaxy Racer content, and this guy keeps popping up in my recommended feeds, as observed by executive producer Lucasfilm Games on X: "The algorithm continues to correctly prioritize Mr. Biddy Blas. I love it."

Blas is basically a complete "Glup Shitto". A fake character used as a kind of iconic symbol for obscure Star Wars background characters that somehow become popular. However, Blass isn't the first Crocini to appear in Star Wars - that was in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Which is a relatively recent addition to Glup's status, and as such I can't tell you much about Crocin, other than the fact that they apparently have to wear these glasses to protect their sensitive eyes from the harsh sunlight. Due to the fact that, on their home planet, they live in large caves

For Biddy Blass, though, I can only imagine he needs them to keep his sclera from burning from the glare of the intergalactic fans with his magnificent racing prowess. Something he insists he's already achieved - hard earned through a supposed hotball and jazz trumpet player (not to be confused with another genre of music, jazz).

Star Wars: Galactic Racer Review – Run-based Bash Racer with Burnout-style eliminations

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a clever roguelike that I can easily sink into for hours on end.

He is truly the perfect combination of shrill, hallucinatory, and hideous to find his way into Star Wars character fame. Where she belongs, because she is Biddy Blass. Remember the name

Harvey's gaming history began when he first begged his parents for a World of Warcraft subscription at the age of 12, though he's since been cursed with Final Fantasy 14-brain and a strong interest in G'raha Tia. He started out as a freelancer, writing for websites like Techradar, The Escapist, Dicebreaker, The Gamer, Into the Spine, and of course, PC Gamer. He sinks his teeth into anything that sounds interesting, though he has a soft spot for RPGs, ghosts, roguelikes, deckbuilders, MMOs, and the odd indie title. He also plays some TTRPGs in his offline time. Don't ask him what his favorite system is, he has too many.
