The message of the commander of the army on the occasion of the championship of the national wrestling team

The Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC said: Iranian youth defends the name, flag and honor of his country in every field.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Major General Ahmad Vahidi, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, in his congratulatory message on the occasion of the proud championship of the national wrestling team, said: "Iranian youths wave the flag of Iran's authority both on the battlefield and in the sports arena, and wherever the field of confrontation is, they defend the name, flag and honor of their country by trusting in God Almighty and believing in their abilities."

The noble and heroic nation of Islamic Iran,

Zealous youth and proud wrestlers,

Coaches, technical staff and the big family of the country's wrestling

The authoritative shine of the children of this border and country in the international arena of wrestling under 23 years old in the American soil is once again a clear testimony to the eternal truth that Islamic Iran is the land of breeding wrestlers who in every field and in every arena, raise the high name of Iran on the peaks of honor.

The authoritative championship of the Iranian national wrestling team by winning three gold medals, two bronze medals and 119 points, in a land where the enemies of this nation have always sought to tarnish the name of Iran and the holy flag of the Islamic Republic, is a brilliant manifestation of the ability, faith and zeal of the youth of this land.

The zealous children of Iran stood on the world championship platform with strength and merit in the American soil and made the hosts to hear the proud anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran many times in their land and pay tribute to the waving of the holy flag of our country.

The creation of these magnificent and proud scenes in the midst of the conditions caused by the war imposed by the American-Zionist enemy is the manifestation of the same strategic truth that Iranian youths wave the flag of Iran's authority both on the battlefield and in the sports field, and wherever the field of confrontation is, they defend the name, flag and honor of their country by relying on God Almighty and believing in their abilities.

Undoubtedly, the continuation of these valuable successes is the result of scientific management, targeted planning, the commitment of coaches and technical staff, and the zeal of young people who, believing in their abilities, turned the suffering of training and the difficulty of competition into national honor. Our fighters spoke with power and competence on the field and proved that Iran's name shines on the heights of the world with the efforts, dignity and will of its children.

I, for one, congratulate this historic and proud success to the honorable and representative nation of Iran, proud heroes, caring coaches, committed technical staff, the big family of wrestling and the officials of the federation, and I pray to the almighty God for the continuation of the victories of the youth of Iran and the constant waving of the holy flag of our country in the world and international arenas.
