The head of the Iranian Pharmacists Association, during a correspondence with the Central Insurance of Iran, announced the level of protest of the pharmacies that are parties to the supplementary insurance contract regarding the long delay in the reimbursement of claims.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Shahram, the family police station, in a letter to the CEO of the Central Insurance of Iran, stated: According to the reports received from all over the country, despite the continued provision of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies contracted by Dana supplementary insurance, this company in some provinces has not settled a significant part of its claims since October 1404, despite the passage of about 13 months.
Despite the adherence of pharmacies to fulfilling their professional mission towards the insured, a significant part of whom are from the educated community, unfortunately, the lack of transparency in deposits and the lack of proper accountability and specific planning by Dana Insurance has increased the dissatisfaction of colleagues.
In another part of the letter of the head of the Iranian Pharmacists Association, it is stated: It is requested that you urgently order the private insurance companies and supplementary insurance service providers, especially Dana Insurance, to settle the invoices and claims up to the end of August 1405.
