Russian Officials Drafting Additional Investment Support Package – Minister

According to Maxim Reshetnikov, the 2028–2029 period appears to largely reflect the target scenario for improving investment.

Moscow, October 12. /TASS/. Economic Development Minister Maxim Rashtnikov said that the Russian government is preparing an additional investment support package.

In terms of investment recovery, the 2028-2029 period largely represents the target scenario. It is clear that reaching the [target] figures is hardly possible without additional efforts and solutions, which is why we have a program for economic structural changes. There is a wide range of measures aimed at bringing the economy out of the shadows as well as preparing an additional investment package for the economy. Of course, taking into account the existing restrictions," he said at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxation.
