Dominic Sesa has joined Miami Vice '85 and is set to star alongside Austin Butler and Michael B. Jordan.

While filming has begun on Joseph Kochinski's Miami Vice '85, the first behind-the-scenes images have been released, and now another talented actor has been added to the cast. After this experience, Sesa was able to continue his professional path well and appear in several movies.

Among his recent works are the movie Now You See Me: Now You Don't, the Christmas comedy Oh. What. Fun and the film Tow, directed by Stephanie Ling, in which she appeared alongside Rose Byrne, Octavia Spencer and Ariana DeBose. Nightcrawler screenwriter Dan Gilroy is writing the screenplay for Miami Vice '85. Inspired by the pilot episode of the famous NBC television series, this work deals with the polluted atmosphere, extreme luxury and corruption mixed with the neon lights of Miami in the mid-1980s. Koshinsky is shooting the film for IMAX screening.

Austin Butler's appearance in the released behind-the-scenes photos, especially his outfit and sunglasses, closely resembles Don Johnson's style in the original TV series. The first two seasons of that series became famous for its pastel colors and unique look, and it seems that Koshinski went straight to the original source to recreate this atmosphere.

The movie Miami Vice '85 will be released in theaters on May 19, 2028 (Friday, May 30, 1407).
