Judicial Follow-Up to Cancel Auction of 18,000 Square Meters from Eight-Hectare Ramsar Garden to Protect Public Rights

Ramsar_Safir Arjan_Ramsar Prosecutor said that, through correspondence with the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Mazandaran, the auction of about 18,000 square meters of the eight-hectare Ramsar garden is to be annulled and declared void. He said protecting public rights and preserving nationally registered heritage are duties of the judiciary, and necessary legal follow-up is underway.

Ramsar-Ambassador Arjan-Ramsar's prosecutor informed about the correspondence with the Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Mazandaran to cancel the auction of about 18,000 square meters of Ramsar's 8-hectare garden and said: "The protection of public rights and the protection of nationally registered works are among the duties of the judicial system, and necessary legal follow-ups will be carried out in this regard."
