New Housing Aid for Tenants: Grants and Free Land on the Way
Head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation announces new package to support housing construction.
About the new facilities in the field of land and housing in the villages, Manouchehr Khajedaloui said: We have designed a system in the foundation and we have loaded the spatial data related to the characteristics of the land and properties in the villages by extracting from Hadi's plans. Residents of villages can make online and electronic inquiries about the use of their land or property through their mobile phones by entering the national code and basic properties of the property. Validation of land use for owners and also for those who intend to sell land in the village is the first step to conduct a property transaction, which is possible transparently and without intermediaries through this system.
The head of the Housing Foundation continued to clarify: Until now, the process of inquiring about land use and other key specifications required for rural land, the most important of which is whether it is located within the boundaries of the rural context, i.e. inside the Hadi plan or whether the property is outside the plan, was done through people visiting the offices of the Housing Foundation, but with the unveiling of the new system of the Housing Foundation in the coming days, this route will be removed from the front of the villagers and land buyers in the villages.
Manouchehr Khajedaloui also announced the payment of free loans for the construction of supportive housing up to 600 million tomans to the villagers of deciles one to four.
This facility is provided in two forms, in the form of a 200 million Toman free loan from the 100 account of Hazrat Imam Khomeini (RA), and also in the form of another 400 million Toman free loan if the applicants for housing construction are covered by the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee and Welfare Organization.
At the same time, all the villagers from deciles one to four who are eligible for housing support will be paid a construction loan of 500 million tomans with a repayment period of 20 years.
The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation emphasized that those villagers who qualify for supportive housing, but do not have land, can receive free land in the form of a 99-year lease from the foundation.
