General Naghdi Warns US of Consequences of Ground Attack on Iran
Adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC describes the military strikes on the enemy and its growing isolation as further dimensions of Iran's victory.
According to the report of Arjan's ambassador, Sardar Mohammad Reza Naqdi, advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guards, this evening at the Jan Fedayan gathering in Rasht's Shahadai Zahab Square, referring to the enemy's failure to achieve its military and political goals inside the country, stated: "The Iranian nation has resisted the powers that have vast facilities and weapons with its faith, insight and standing, and has failed the enemy in achieving its goals."
He stated that the initial goals of the enemy, including the overthrow of the regime and the division of Iran, were defeated in the first days, and added: After that, 13 new goals were announced by the enemy's leaders and actions were taken to realize them, but these goals were also defeated one after the other.
Adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, emphasizing that Iran's achievements should not be summed up only in the failure of the enemy, said: "Heavy blows have been inflicted on the enemy and American bases in the region and hundreds of its important military facilities have been targeted."
Stating that many helicopters, airplanes, fighters and drones have also been lost, and the enemy has faced failure in cases such as what he called the failure to encroach on the Mahayar plain of Isfahan, he clarified: The biggest achievement is that Iran is known today in the eyes of the nations of the world as the flag bearer of freedom and defense of the truth, and the enemy has faced more isolation. Referring to the protests of nations and some protest behaviors in international forums, he considered this situation as one of the consequences of the Iranian people's stand.
Naqdi: The main factor of victory is the faith of the fighting forces
Rejecting the claim that the enemy's failure was due to a lack of weapons, Naqdi added: the enemy has extensive weapons reserves and has the possibility of producing more weapons if needed. Therefore, according to him, the main issue in this confrontation is that the Iranian forces have faith and believe in their own way.
Referring to the reports of protests and dissatisfaction among the American military forces, the advisor of the commander of the IRGC said: some American forces have gone on strike and protested on ships and demanded to leave the region; An issue that is a sign of weak morale and lack of belief in the path and military goals of the enemy.
Referring to the issue of creating ideological and political structures in the American army, he said: Just setting up such a structure alone cannot strengthen the faith and motivation of the military forces; Because the faith of Iranian warriors is formed by observing the behavior, history and characteristics of their commanders, but the enemy's belief is the same as Epstein's.
In this context, referring to the voluntary presence of Iranian commanders during the holy defense period, Naqdi added: The commanders who went to the front for the sake of God and participated in numerous operations in their youth and without organizational requirements are role models for their forces and these role models play a role in strengthening the faith and morale of the warriors.
The adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC further pointed to a story by Sardar Kothari, the then commander of Muhammad Rasulullah's (PBUH) army during the holy defense period, about the current leader of the Islamic Republic and said: According to this story, after the end of the war, a package containing Basiji uniforms and an envelope with 2,400 Tomans of money were returned to him. The clothes that he no longer needed and requested to be given to another fighter, and the money to be returned for the possible use of the facilities of Baytalmal.
He considered this narrative as an example of trustworthiness and simplicity and said: observing such characteristics in commanders, along with simple life and avoiding financial privileges, strengthens the faith and trust of the fighting forces.
Naqdi also pointed to what he said about the life of the late leader of the Islamic Republic, and claimed that during his long leadership, no significant personal assets were registered in his name and his lifestyle was similar to the deprived, and that such examples play a role in strengthening the belief of the Iranian forces.
Emphasizing the role of historical models and recent sacrifices
Referring to religious and historical patterns in the culture of resistance, the advisor of the IRGC Commander mentioned Hazrat Abbas (AS) and Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS) and said: On the other hand, in his opinion, the models introduced by the enemy leaders are different from the moral and spiritual standards accepted by the Iranian forces.
He said that to explain the faith and sacrifice of the Iranian people, it is not necessary to refer only to the distant history or the era of holy defense, he pointed to Mirza Kuchch Khan Jangli and the martyred Sardar Hossein Amalaki and reminded that Amalaki gave him his mask to save a Basij.
Naghdi also mentioned Marzieh Naboynia, a nurse who was martyred in the January coup of last year and has become a symbol of sacrifice among Iranian nurses, and considered these examples as showing the continuation of the spirit of sacrifice in the society.
Referring to the continuous presence of the people in the scene and gatherings for the blood of the martyred leader, the advisor of the IRGC commander asked the people to continue this presence and emphasized: the people of Iran believe in their own way and this faith is the reason for their continued resistance.
The enemy's hope is to create discord inside Iran
In another part of his speech, referring to the military options facing the United States, he claimed that the entry of this country's ground forces into the field will be accompanied by heavy casualties and the capture of a large number of its forces, and for this reason, such an option is costly for the United States.
Referring to the situation of American military vessels, Naqdi clarified: these vessels are under threat and their approach can create dangers for the forces stationed in them, hitting a vessel carrying a large number of troops can lead to extensive casualties and have heavy domestic consequences for the United States.
The adviser to the commander of the IRGC also claimed that the United States has hidden the real statistics in cases of losses of its forces in the countries of the region, including Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.
Stating that the enemy has concentrated its main power on air attacks, he said: The response to the bombing can be done in a reciprocal manner and target infrastructures whose damage will have heavy consequences for the other party's economy.
Referring to the sanctions, naval blockade and possible restrictions on Iran's flights, Naqdi added: "The enemy is now hoping to create a rift inside the country and intensify the differences, and is trying to use economic pressures and restrictive measures to influence Iran's interior."
The advisor to the IRGC commander emphasized that the Iranian nation will not accept such a demand and will continue its path by maintaining unity and standing against what he called arrogant.
