The New A Court of Thorns and Roses Gallery Box Set Sees Steep Price Drop After Release

Sarah J. Moss made headlines earlier this year when she announced a back-to-back series of new ACOTAR books. The next book in the popular romance series, A Court of Shattered Harmony, is set to hit the market later this month on October 27. And just a day after it became available, Amazon has already slashed a massive discount on it.

This isn't the first hardcover box set the collection has received, but it's the only one designed with future hardcovers. So if you're planning on picking up books six and seven as soon as they're released and want the matching hardcover collection, this deal is a great way to go.

This new box has been up for pre-order since early September and has been sold out to date. At $117.48, you're essentially paying $23 per book when you buy the complete set. It's actually more expensive than buying all the available hardcovers individually, but the added cost is the price you have to pay for uniform spines lining your shelf.

The original hardcover of this series had a much more intricate design on the spine of each book, which Moss apparently abandoned for the new editions. As you can see from the cover earlier this year, each book is uniquely identifiable by a symbol and book name.

While it's likely that a newer box set with all seven books will eventually be released, we don't have any details yet. Currently, these hardback editions are the only formats planned to be added to the new series. We can probably assume that the final paperbacks will follow this newer design as well.

If you don't know when the new books actually arrive, here are a few different release dates. Book Six will be released on October 27th, but Book Seven will not be released until January 12th, 2027. Moss has also hinted that an eighth book is coming sometime later, though no release date has been announced.

In addition to the new books, the ACOTAR series has released a bunch of new merchandise this year. In addition to Funko Pop! Figures and gems, there are a number of tabletop matchups that you can buy now.
