The 40th anniversary of the 205 T16's consecutive championships in the World Rally Championship and the commemoration of the attractive RCZ coupe was the best excuse for Peugeot Sport engineers to showcase their new design language "Feline Future" and the new generation of smart cabins in the form of these two concept monsters; Products that show off the power, prestige and electrical innovation of the French.

Reviving the myth of rally; 816 HP E-T16 hatchback

The E-T16 concept is a crazy vision of an electric hatchback. The car's three-motor system (one motor in the front and two motors in the rear) delivers an amazing output of 816 horsepower, bringing its power-to-weight ratio to less than 2 kilograms per horsepower. This compact giant reaches a speed of 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds from standstill and crosses the 300 km/h mark in 16 seconds.

In order to maintain the stable performance of this car on the track, Peugeot has used the side cooling system for the 85 kWh battery to cover three complete laps on the Nurburgring without losing power. The face of the car with raised fenders, matte gray Winchester color and the ability to fully open the rear part of the body (just like classic rally cars), has revived the originality of the 205 T16 in a completely modern form.

The return of the attractive RCZ coupe with a solid state battery

On the other side of this amazing display, the RCZ Vision Concept is a luxurious and stretched grand tourer. Under the RCZ Vision's aerodynamic shell, advanced solid-state battery technology with a thickness of only 110 mm and a 1000-volt architecture that produces 500 horsepower is placed. This super-fast charging system brings 10 to 80% in just 10 minutes and a range of 600 kilometers for the car; A combination that, along with 21 and 22 inch rims and an active rear spoiler, displays the prestige of a flagship coupe.

A revolution in the cabin; Rectangular steering wheel and wire steering

Both concepts are a direct preview of the new generation i-Cockpit system in future Peugeot products. The most obvious element of the cabin is the rectangular and disruptive Hypersquare steering wheel, which comes with Steer-by-Wire technology and has no direct mechanical connection to the wheels; A special innovation that doubles maneuverability at low speeds and driving precision at high speeds. Inside the E-T16's cabin, the racing vibe is heightened with carbon fiber seats, a red rollcage and a curved 21-inch display.
