The development of tourism in Yazd is followed with the cooperation of specialized organizations

Yazd- The head of the Tourism Commission of the Islamic Council of Yazd emphasized on strengthening cooperation with specialized organizations and tourism activists to improve the status of this city at the national and international level.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, citing the public relations of the Islamic Council of Yazd city, Bibi Fatemeh Haqir al-Sadat, in a meeting with managers and representatives of tourism organizations of the province, explained the actions and programs of this commission and the municipal tourism department, and emphasized the need to use the specialized capacity of activists in this field.

Referring to the establishment of the Yazd Tourism and Handicraft Culture Center, he considered this collection as a capacity to develop tourism activities, interact with specialized organizations and take advantage of the expertise of activists in this field, and said: This culture center, having various working groups, is ready to cooperate with organizations in planning and producing tourism content.

Referring to the measures taken at the city, regional, national, international and provincial levels, the head of the tourism commission of the Islamic Council of Yazd city added: the implementation of the "Golden Tourism Triangle" agreement between the cities of Yazd, Shiraz and Isfahan, the holding of joint visits and programs, and participation in tourism exhibitions and events were among these measures.

Hakir Elsadat also listed the first Yazd international tourism content production festival in cooperation with Azad University, the private sector and the tourism cluster as one of the measures taken in the field of introducing the city's tourism capacities.

He mentioned the illumination of the historical context, the strengthening of tourism connections within the framework of sister cities and the follow-up of cooperation agreements between the municipalities of the province as other programs in this area.

Emphasizing the role of specialized organizations in the future of Yazd tourism, Hakir al-Sadat called for the submission of plans and proposals of activists in this area to the commission and said: by increasing empathy and coordination among tourism activists, their capacity in decision-making, content production, advertising and introduction of Yazd should be used more at the national and international level.

In the continuation of this meeting, the representatives of tourism organizations presented their views and demands. Cooperation in the production of tourism content, holding cultural and artistic events in the autumn season to promote domestic tourism, organizing parking lots related to ecotourism, following up on rail and air transportation problems, and investigating the increase in the cost of tickets were among the topics raised.

In the end, it was emphasized on the continuation of the interaction between the tourism commission of the Islamic Council of Yazd city, the municipal tourism department and specialized organizations and the use of the capacity of the tourism culture center and handicrafts to implement joint programs, solve problems and strengthen the tourism position of Yazd.
