According to Mehr reporter, Hassan Babaei told reporters on the sidelines of the meeting of the Judicial Council and the ceremony of handing over ownership documents in Khuzestan: In today's meeting, which was held with the presence of the governor and managers of the executive bodies of the province, we had good news for solving the problems of Khuzestan in the field of documents and real estate. The seven problems of the province in different fields, including economic, cultural heritage, education and especially the ownership of individuals that interfered with government lands, were resolved with the diligence and diligence of the provincial judiciary and the support of managers and executive bodies.
The head of the country's real estate and documents registration organization said: I believe that the first thing that can be effective in this category and help solve people's problems is the cooperation and empathy of executive and judicial bodies, which is clearly seen in Khuzestan.
He added: "The various meetings that were held in the provincial judiciary and the managers of the institutions were present in them, provided the basis for solving some of these problems, some of which have a history of 70 years, and we have witnessed their solution today." The operation of confirming their ownership and issuing their documents has been done, and while I appreciate the Governor of Khuzestan for issuing the necessary orders to the executive bodies to solve the registration problems, I also appreciate the efforts of the Chief Justice of the province.
The head of the Country's Property and Deeds Registration Organization stated: Some of the areas whose problems have been solved sometimes have 5,000 families or 10,000 households, the documents and transfers of these residents were normal and they could not receive any facilities. These properties have always been the place of lawsuits, disputes and filing of numerous cases in the courts, which is commendable for the establishment of ownership with the efforts of the relevant institutions.
Stating that a number of documents were symbolically presented today, Babaei clarified: Also, some other long-standing problems have been identified by the Chief Justice of Khuzestan, which has led to people's dissatisfaction, and he is seriously following up so that in future trips, we will witness the resolution of these problems and the presentation of documents to the people.
