Zakani: Capital issues should be pursued based on knowledge and innovation

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Scientific Vice President of the Presidency and the Tehran Municipality in order to use the scientific and technological capacities of urban management by developing innovation infrastructures and pursuing the creation of innovation areas and expanding cooperation so that this action leads to solving urban problems and moving Tehran towards a smart city.
