The biggest talent search project with 20 billion/400 players will join Persepolis
In the capital increase plan, Persepolis has targeted to attract 400 talents in four regions of the country.
According to Sport Seh, the development program of Persepolis grassroots football has exceeded the scope of the academy teams in Tehran in the justification report of the capital increase. In this document, the club has predicted an investment of 20 billion tomans for the expansion of football schools for boys and girls in four regions of the country and has a specific estimate for the number of talents attracted and the educational income of these centers.
In the geographical map of this plan, the names of eight provinces can be seen. Bushehr and Khuzestan in the southwest region, Razavi Khorasan in the northeast, Mazandaran and Gilan in the north, and Yazd, Kerman and Fars provinces are located in the central part of this report. The areas where Persepolis plans to expand the scope of its talent identification by developing football schools.
The target set for the fiscal year 1407 is to attract 100 people from each region and a total of 400 top talents. This number is related to the entrance of football schools and is supposed to be part of the club's training and talent development program. In the forecast table, the number of people will increase from 400 people in the fiscal year 1407 to 540 people in the next year and 984 people in the fiscal year 1410.
Another interesting part is the economic calculations of schools. In the report, the amount of education for each semester is 15 million Tomans and for four semesters in a year, a total of 60 million Tomans is considered. These figures came as the calculation assumption of the plan to estimate the income of the fiscal year 1407 and are the basis for calculating the educational income of new schools.
Based on this, the club has predicted an income of 24 billion Tomans from the training of 400 people in the financial year of 1407. For the following years, the financial model is based on a 35% annual growth in the number of people and a 30% annual increase in the amount of education. Therefore, the realization of the income figures of this sector depends on the expansion of the school network and the number of students reaching the set goals.
Before the publication of this document, Persepolis had presented its school expansion plan. 4th Mardad Club announced the expansion of the network of football schools across the country and the granting of representation to new applicants and announced its goal to expand standard education and create a coherent network of football schools. Now, in the capital increase report, to continue this path, the budget and numerical goals are also considered.
Along with the development of schools, the club has also taken steps to open the way for talents to enter the competitions. Persepolis recently bought the franchise of the Red Star Saba team to have a representative in the Tehran Junior League. The purpose of this decision is to cover talented players of football schools and youths who are not able to participate in the Premier League youth team in terms of their age, and they can prepare to reach a higher level in this way.
