42 Judicial Complaints Filed Over Waste Management Violations in Khuzestan

The Deputy for Human Environment at the Khuzestan Department of Environment reported 120 supervisory and legal actions taken against improper waste management in the province during the first six months of this year. He said that of these actions, 78 were pollution-removal warning notices and 42 were complaints filed with the province's judicial authorities.

The deputy of human environment of Khuzestan's General Department of Environmental Protection announced the implementation of 120 regulatory and legal actions in the field of improper waste management in the province during the first 6 months of this year and said: Out of the total of these actions, 78 cases were dedicated to the issuance of decontamination notices and 42 cases to filing complaints in the province's judicial authorities.
