Araghchi arrived in Baghdad this Saturday morning

According to Ambassador Arjan, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi and the undersecretary of foreign affairs of our country arrived in Baghdad at the head of a high-level diplomatic delegation and in order to participate in the 52nd meeting of the foreign ministers of the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and was welcomed by the Iraqi authorities.

This meeting was hosted by the Republic of Iraq and with the slogan "dialogue and solidarity; Two basic pillars for promoting peace and sustainable development" will be held on the 25th and 26th of October with the agenda of Palestine, Gaza, regional security, Kashmir, Yemen and economic cooperation.

Araghchi will also give a speech in this meeting and explain the fundamental positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran and will have meetings with some of his counterparts on the sidelines of this meeting.

It should be said; Iraq will assume the periodic presidency of this summit after Türkiye.
