Rasht – The director general of executive coordination of public participation at the Relief Committee said the committee seeks to expand targeted and ongoing public partnerships.

Rasht - Director General of Coordination of Executive Affairs of People's Partnerships of the Country Relief Committee said: The Relief Committee seeks to develop targeted and continuous people's participation.

According to Mehr reporter, Hamza Ali Kohsari, at the meeting of the Imam Khomeini (R.A.) Relief Committee Council of Directors, emphasized the need to change the approach in the field of public participation, and stated: We must move from charity-oriented to charity-oriented and guide people's aid based on the real needs of the supported families.

The General Director of Coordination of Executive Affairs of People's Partnerships of the Country Relief Committee, pointing to the need to continuously identify and monitor the needs of the target community, added: People's aid should be organized according to the priorities of needy families in the areas of dowry, treatment, housing, essential life supplies, and educational and cultural expenses in order to have the greatest effect in improving their living conditions.

He added: Attracting and retaining donors is one of the important axes of this field, and steps should be taken in the direction of strengthening continuous communication with benefactors and providing them with targeted participation.

Referring to the role of new technologies in the development of public participation, Kohsari said: the launch of the smart Khair and Ehsan system "Rahnikan" is an effective measure to facilitate public participation and improve the transparency of performance.

Emphasizing the necessity of continuity of support programs, he stated: People's participation activities should not be limited to occasional campaigns, but should be followed in the form of continuous annual plans to form a sustainable flow of people's participation.

In the continuation of this meeting, Siddmjatbi Jalalipour, referring to some economic challenges of the province in the sectors of industry and agriculture, said: the social and cultural capacities of Gilan are a valuable field for the development of charitable activities.

The director of the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee of Gilan Province stated: The culture of altruism, social solidarity and human relations among the people of Gilan is a valuable asset for expanding public participation and strengthening support for needy families.

Emphasizing the necessity of using this capacity, Jalalipour added: strengthening interaction with donors and directing aid towards priority needs plays an important role in the development of support activities of the province.

It should be noted that an online meeting with the heads of subordinate departments, a meeting with experts in the field of public participation and a visit to this area in Rasht city were among the other one-day trip plans of the director general of the coordination of the executive affairs of the public participation of the country's relief committee to Gilan province.
