The waste site processing shed will be built in Bushehr; Beach gallery performance

Bushehr - The head of the Bushehr Islamic Council said: The members of the city council agreed to build sheds for the waste processing and separation site and to implement the coastal gallery project with the participation of the art sector.

According to Mehr reporter, Iman Zandinia explained the approvals of the 315th public meeting of the Islamic Council of Bushehr on Saturday morning and stated that organizing the status of the Bushehr waste site was one of the issues pursued by the 6th Council, and after the rejection of the plan to move the site outside the city limits, organizing the current site was put on the agenda.

He added: In this regard, with the participation of the Ministry of Interior, it was decided to provide the necessary infrastructure for the installation of the waste processing and separation device at the current location, and accordingly, the council members agreed with the municipal bill to select a tender contractor for the construction of waste processing and separation site sheds.

The spokesman of the Bushehr Islamic Council continued: With the completion of this project and the installation of waste separation equipment and devices, the ground for more basic waste management will be provided, and it is expected that the risks and environmental effects caused by the dispersion of waste at the current site will be reduced.

Development of cultural and artistic infrastructure

Zandinia also announced the approval of the council members to implement the Beach Gallery project in line with the development of the cultural and artistic infrastructure of Bushehr city and said: This project will be implemented with the participation of the art sector and on the coastal strip of the city, and its purpose is to provide a space for the free display and supply of the works of Bushehr artists.

He added: The establishment of a beach gallery can provide the opportunity to introduce the artistic capacities of Bushehr, support local artists and increase citizens' access to cultural and artistic activities and events.
