Semnan - The prosecutor of Semnan province, entering into the issue of delay in completing the non-level intersection project of Imam Hassan Square, demanded to remove the implementation obstacles, to determine the exact time of the end of the operation and to accelerate the operation of the construction project.

According to the report of Mehr reporter, Mohammad Taghi Goli, on Saturday morning, in an unannounced and uncoordinated visit to the non-level intersection project of Imam Hassan Square in Semnan, reviewed the implementation process of the project and the problems facing its completion.

Referring to the responsibility of the executive bodies towards the demands of the citizens, he stated: Construction projects that are implemented using public credits and public funds must be put into operation based on a specific schedule and in compliance with technical and quality requirements, and delays in their implementation should not lead to the violation of people's rights.

The prosecutor of the center of Semnan province added: Prolonging the implementation of urban projects, in addition to increasing costs and imposing a double financial burden, can create problems in the field of traffic, safety and quality of life of citizens. Therefore, the responsible institutions must identify the existing obstacles and take action to solve them through effective interaction.

Emphasizing the pursuit of public rights, Goli clarified: the prosecution follows the implementation of plans related to public interests seriously, and the responsible institutions must provide detailed and documented reports of the progress of the project and the measures taken to solve the problems.

He warned: In case of unwarranted omission or delay on the part of the relevant authorities, the matter will be pursued within the framework of laws and regulations, and the judicial system will perform its legal duties in line with the protection of public rights and public funds.
