Supporting Local Communities: Frontline of Biodiversity and Natural Area Protection

The Bushehr Province Department of Environment has recently launched a strategic program distributing personal protective equipment to environmental groups and local communities on the edges of forest and pasture areas. The program positions them as the frontline for protecting natural areas and biodiversity and for rapid response to fires and other incidents.
