Preventing Unauthorized Construction on Negarman Farmland in Shahrud

Shahrud – The Land Affairs Director of Semnan Agricultural Jihad reported on reviewing measures to prevent unauthorized land-use changes of arable and orchard land in Negarman village, Shahrud, with an emphasis on raising residents' awareness and cooperation with the village council.

Shahrood - The Director of Land Affairs of Semnan Agricultural Jihad announced the investigation of ways to prevent the unauthorized change of agricultural and garden land in the village of Nagarman Shahrood, emphasizing on informing the residents and cooperating with the villagers.

Gholamreza Khorasanian, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, emphasized the need to protect agricultural lands and stated: Prevention of unauthorized change of agricultural and garden land use requires increasing public awareness, timely information and cooperation of village officials and people.

Referring to the holding of a think-tank meeting with the villager of Nagarman village in Shahrood city, he added: In this meeting, deterrent solutions to prevent unauthorized constructions, methods of informing the residents and informing the villagers about the legal regulations and the consequences of changing the use of agricultural land were discussed.

The Director of Land Affairs of the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Semnan Province considered education and public awareness to be important tools for preventing violations and added: In this regard, the development and implementation of educational programs for the residents of Negarman village with the aim of making people more familiar with the laws and regulations related to agricultural lands was put on the agenda.
