Tehran's decisive response to Britain's baseless accusations against Iran

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a statement strongly condemning the British authorities' claim of attributing the alleged security incident at Farford Air Base to Iran.

According to Ambassador Arjan, the text of the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is as follows:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemns the claim of the British authorities in attributing the alleged security incident at the Farford Air Base to Iran and considers it an ugly conspiracy to advance the anti-Iran campaign and to evade accountability for the British participation in the American-Zionist military aggression against the Iranian nation.

The British government cannot avoid the political and legal responsibility of its claims and its possible consequences by taking shelter behind ambiguous phrases without providing evidence and solid reasons. Resorting to expressions such as "highly likely" and "almost certainly" to induce the validity of attributing the alleged incident to Iran is a clear attempt to avoid responsibility for baseless accusations.

Britain's performance in falsifying security claims against other countries - which in some cases has led to damaging tensions and conflicts in the West Asian region - is not hidden from anyone, and the British government must be held accountable for insisting on this approach that disturbs international peace and security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly rejects the baseless accusations against Iran, and considers the British government and the designers and implementers of this clumsy false flag operation to be responsible for all the consequences of this lying.
