BET is returning to the late night business, this time through a weekly dating, sex and relationship talk show hosted by Nick Cannon. The star's video podcast "Nick Cannon @ Night" is moving to BET, which Variety has learned will air the show exclusively weekly for 10 episodes beginning Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 10 p.m.

The BET version of "Nick Cannon @ Night" is produced by Cannon's Incredible Entertainment shingle. Cannon previously hosted "Nick Cannon @ Night" (also from Ncredible) as a video podcast partnership with Wondery last year for 31 episodes on YouTube and Wondery+ (and other podcast platforms) starting July 23rd. Like those episodes, the BET version is hosted by Cannon and is described as a "late night talk show." The log is: "Each episode uses pop culture, current events, and personal stories to explore love, dating, relationships, health, and modern intimacy in everyday life. Audience questions and real-life dilemmas drive the conversation, while clinicians and experts inform each discussion with informed perspectives and practical advice." Popular in Variety

Guests on the series include Chris "CP" Powell, Natalie Nunn, Skeet Carter, Deondre Whitfield, Tammy Davidson, Flaim Monroe, and Courtney B., as well as experts Dr. Omar Johnson, Dr. Alicia Watkins, Elliott Coney, and Dr. Zoe Indigo, among others.

"I mix real advice with late-night entertainment," Cannon said in a statement. "A magnified slang where we discuss and get advice from experts. Doctors, therapists, and researchers guide us on all things culture and mental health journeys. By opening the phone lines and DMs, we bring humor and curiosity, and questions that people think about in private, but rarely talk about out loud! This show with a family partner "It's been incredibly successful. The brand has brought that into their programming."

BET has entered the late-night space several times over the years, with shows in various forms including "BET Tonight" with Tavis Smiley and later Ed Gordon (1998-2002), "Oh Drama!" With Kim Whitley, Vanessa Bell Calloway and Marie Morrow (2001-2001), "The Monique Show" (2011-2009), "Don't Sleep!" Hosted by T.J. Holmes (2012-2013), "The Rundown With Robin Thede" (2017-2018) and "BET's Mancave" (2018).

Nick Cannon @ Night is executive produced by Cannon and Benjamin Sumpter, with Ncredible Entertainment producing the series.
