According to Ambassador Arjan, quoted by Bank Maskan-Hibna news site, Ali Khorsandian, CEO of Maskan Bank, during his provincial trip to Qom, accompanied by the chairman of the board of directors and other managers of Maskan Bank, met and talked with Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Seyyed Javad Shahrashtani, Grand Ayatollah Sistani's representative in Iran.
In this meeting, Khorsandian presented a report on the performance, development plans and policies of this bank in the field of financing the housing sector, supporting construction projects and expanding banking services, and discussed the bank's capacities in supporting infrastructure projects and responding to the needs of applicants in the housing sector.
Referring to the record of this bank in the housing and development sector of the country, the CEO of Maskan Bank stated: Bank Maskan has financed 399,000 units of the National Movement worth 202 Hamats and delivered 206,000 units to applicants.
He added: Currently, Maskan Bank is responsible for more than 50% of the total payment facilities of the country's banking network in the National Housing Movement Plan; At the same time, with the financial discipline established, he has compensated a major part of his dissatisfaction.
In the continuation of this meeting, "Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Seyyed Javad Shahrashtani" stressed the need for efficient management, strengthening systematization and facilitating banking processes, paying attention to the poor and reducing obstacles to people's access to facilities as important issues in this area.
Grand Ayatollah Sistani's representative in Iran also emphasized the role of the banking network in targeted support of productive projects, infrastructure projects and programs that lead to the improvement of housing conditions and public welfare, and prayed to God for the success of the managers and employees of Maskan Bank in the way of serving the people.
