Deeds Registration Spokesperson: Regulation on Apartments Lacking Completion Certificates Approved

A spokesperson for the National Organization for Deeds and Property Registration said the regulation on apartments lacking a completion certificate is on the verge of implementation. Under it, deeds for these units will be issued upon payment of a fine and a debt proportionate to each unit's individual share.

The spokesperson of the country's Deeds and Real Estate Registration Organization said: "The regulation related to apartments without labor certificates is on the verge of implementation, and based on it, it is possible to issue certificates for these units by paying fines and debts according to the specific share."
