Hamedan - The director general of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation of Hamedan province announced the physical progress of 43% of the large project of the National Housing Movement in the "Flight Pier" of Hamedan.

According to Mehr reporter, Masoud Rezaei, on Tuesday afternoon, during the review meeting on the latest status of the Koi Faraz project, which was held in the presence of the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, Manouchehr Khawaja Deloui, and a group of provincial officials at the project workshop, said: The Koi Faraz housing project is one of the most important projects of the national housing movement in Hamedan province, which is progressing rapidly with the jihadist pursuit of the housing foundation, the synergy of service providers, and the participation of applicants.

Pointing to the need to facilitate cash flow in this project, he emphasized: in order to maintain the momentum of executive operations and accelerate the transfer of units to applicants, providing the required financial resources and all-round support of the upstream institutions is an inevitable necessity.

The Director General of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation of Hamedan province explained the process of the formation and implementation of the project: the land of this project was handed over to the housing foundation in 1402 and immediately after the foundation entered as the executive and broker of the urban design and engineering operations of the project with the cooperation of the consulting company, the preparation and implementation of the roads was carried out using the power and machinery of the housing foundation.

Referring to the review of the density and capacity of residential units, Rezaei said: In the initial estimates, the capacity of the project was about 11,000 units, but due to the strict technical considerations and compliance with the defense regulations and the limits of proximity to the airport, as well as the need to predict public per capita and standard service uses, a redesign was carried out, and finally the construction capacity was revised to 8,276 units, which were all allocated to qualified applicants.

In the end, he emphasized that the construction quality and strict technical supervision of the housing foundation's red line is considered in the plans of the national housing movement, and noted that this institution has used all its engineering and executive power to deliver these units with the highest safety and engineering standards to the Sharif people of Hamedan in the shortest possible time.
