Responding to the Public Is the Priority of Judicial Management

Marvdasht – The Prosecutor of Fars Province, stressing the need for judicial officials to respond to public demands, treat visitors with respect and listen to citizens' problems, identified these as priorities of judicial management.

Merovdasht-The prosecutor of the center of Fars province, emphasizing the need for judicial authorities to respond to people's demands, considered respecting clients and listening to citizens' problems as priorities of judicial management.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Kamran Mirhaji, on Monday evening, in the ceremony of honoring and introducing the public prosecutor and the revolution of Maroodasht city, referring to the importance of justice in the Islamic government, he considered obedience to the province as the guarantor of the honor, progress and independence of the country, and referring to verse 25 of Surah Hadid, he called the establishment of justice the duty of the members of the society and said: The Holy Quran as a divine law and the measure of actions is the basis for the realization of justice in society.

Referring to the civilizational and social situation of Marvdasht, he said: This city has always been the focus of hostile movements due to its outstanding historical background and the possession of pious and martyr-loving people. But people's vigilance and the interaction of institutions have neutralized conspiracies.

Mirhaji added: Today Marvdasht is a model of stability without the slightest security concern.

Appreciation of the performance of the former prosecutor of Marvdasht

Appreciating the efforts of Hossein Ravanshad during his tenure as the prosecutor of Maroodasht, the prosecutor of Fars province described his performance with self-health, efficiency and ethics and said: the round-the-clock activity of the prosecutor during the challenging conditions of last year has a value beyond the usual administrative missions.

Referring to the sensitivity of the responsibility of the Marodasht Prosecutor's Office and the emphasis of the Prosecutor General's Office to choose an experienced manager, he said: Mohammad Yousefi, one of the experienced judges and the former Deputy Prosecutor General of Fars Province, has been appointed as the new prosecutor of Marodasht city by notification of the Head of the Judiciary.

Emphasis on the accountability of the judicial system to the people

In another part of his speech, Mirhaji considered the public nature of the judicial system and respect for the clients to be the necessities of judicial management and emphasized: closed doors have no place in judicial management and the officials should respond to the demands of the people as in the past.

He pointed out: listening to citizens' problems and addressing their demands is the main capital of social trust.

In this ceremony, which was held in the presence of the judicial deputies and justice officials of Fars province and a group of local officials, while appreciating the services of Hossein Ravanshad, Mohammad Yousefi was introduced as the general and revolutionary prosecutor of Maroodasht city.
