Ryan Fitzpatrick unloads on Bo Nix after a terrific performance in one of the most brutal rants you'll ever hear.

Ryan Fitzpatrick says Bo Nix "doesn't play competitive football" after the Denver Broncos' overtime win, calling it disrespectful to the occasion.

Outkick's Dan Zakschke slams Sean Payton as the NFL's "most worthless" coach.

Outkick's Dan Zachske joins "Don't @ Me with Dan Dakich" to explain why he believes Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton is grossly overrated and says he's being passed over by younger offensive minds.

It's good news for the Denver Broncos: They beat the defending Super Bowl champions in overtime on Thursday night to improve to 4-2 on the young season.

By the way, this is nothing to scoff at. Especially for a team that has endured a brutal schedule in the first six weeks. Coming out of that gauntlet above .500 is a huge win.

Well I'm being dramatic (sort of). It's not terrible, but the Broncos — who were one game short of the Super Bowl last season — have a serious problem with the Bo Knicks right now. Last night was painfully obvious. It was a glaring hole in a good and talented football team.

I saw him sitting on my sofa behind the door. Given the poor calls, Sean Payton certainly saw it on the sidelines. The receivers saw it because they never, ever threw the ball.

Most notably, former NFL QB Ryan Fitzpatrick saw it from his Amazon Prime seat on the sidelines.

"Bo Nix doesn't play competitive. It's almost disrespectful to the quarterback position that he's playing football right now," Fitzpatrick said before really getting into it.

I mean, first of all, the guy doesn't want to throw the ball (and) that's good. He throws to the pitch behind him, but he has no confidence in his coach. He calls the play on third-and-eight screens. Just run and let the clock keep ticking. what does he do He throws it away. Seattle gets the ball, they have a timeout, and then they have two chances to contest in overtime. The last one is designed for him to run, miss someone, and get a first down for your football team.

"Now, they're in the locker room. They're excited to win. He's not playing competitive football right now."

Merciful God. Just a wild rant here from Ryan Fitzpatrick. It can be said that it surprised even the rest of the crew. Richard Sherman, who was known to speak profanity about his career, was stunned.

Nobody saw this coming from Ryan Fitzpatrick.

But you know what? He is right, what he said was not wrong. nothing Bo Nix was painful to watch last night. The statistics were, frankly, embarrassing.

Look at those two posts. Really look at them. Bo Nix not only refused to throw the ball downfield last night (17 of 27 for 107 yards), he didn't even throw it beyond the line of scrimmage!

He currently ranks 701st out of 701 qualified quarterbacks over the past two decades in average pass length (4.9 yards per attempt), according to CBS analyst Doug Clawson.

This is unspeakably bad. This is incomprehensible. I watched Tua Tagovailoa dunk and dunk for years in Miami. Bo Nicks made you look like Dan Marino last night!

The Broncos had seven straight at one point. They had 8 three-and-outs. Eight! It was painful to see

Was Fitzpatrick a little harsh on the Knicks? I don't think so. Some do. Perhaps Knicks is still feeling the effects of an ankle injury from last January. He sure acts like it, considering he doesn't even try to run anymore. That's probably fair.

Regardless, it was just a terrible quarterback game. There is no sugar coating.
