Apple unveiled its new generation Apple TV 4K with the A19 chip and Siri artificial intelligence, which, although it has a wide range of smart features and entertainment, comes with an exorbitant price.

The big Apple smart home conference saw the introduction of the fourth generation of the popular Apple TV 4K gadget. This new model has a big leap in performance and features compared to the previous generation and is supposed to turn your TV into a smart home entertainment and control center.

Apple TV 4K: A19 power and entertainment capabilities

The new Apple TV 4K is released with the A19 chip, whose central processor is 50% faster and its graphics are twice as fast as the A15 of the previous model. This device is equipped with an AV1 decoder, 128 GB internal memory and standard gigabit Ethernet. Support for Apple Arcade games, Apple Fitness + and video calling with Continuity Camera are among its features. The remote also supports Find My. This gadget provides an advanced audio-visual experience with support for superior standards and the connection of HomePod speakers or AirPods for surround sound.

Siri artificial intelligence, security and smart home control

The new Apple TV 4K acts as a smart home hub (Wi-Fi and Thread) and integrates functions such as live view of the doorbell camera and smart lock control. The device is deeply integrated with Apple Intelligence and Siri AI to process security camera feeds and announce activity summaries.

The A19 chip by Secure Exclaves ensures data privacy, and the far-field microphones enable the use of the voice command "Hey, Siri".

The fourth-generation Apple TV 4K is available for pre-order for $300 ($180 more than the third-generation 128GB model). The official release of the product will begin on November 13 (November 23).
