A 20-megapixel Sony IMX388D sensor is embedded in the frame of these glasses, which records first-person angle videos with 4K resolution at 30 and 60 frames per second. To curb image shake while running or cycling, Rugged has included a six-axis gyroscope and an electronic stabilization system (EIS) alongside the TR90's rugged IP66 waterproof body.
The Allwinner V881 chip along with Wi-Fi 6 enables data processing and fast file transfer to the smartphone. The device's 290 mAh battery lasts up to 9 hours of audio playback, and the infrared proximity sensor activates low-power sleep mode by detecting the removal of glasses.
