The manager of the smart fuel system of the National Oil Products Distribution Company, referring to the results of the trial implementation of the emergency card identification project, announced the success of the implementation of this plan and the achievement of the goals set by the policy maker.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, the new fuel plan started 2 weeks ago with the title of identifying the emergency cards of stations in 54 selected stations in Tehran. In this plan, the applicants to use the station fuel card must first use one of their bank cards to prepare the code for using the fuel card and then apply for refueling at the third rate.

Abbas Basfa, the manager of the smart fuel system of the National Oil Products Broadcasting Company, in the Parkway program of Sefir Arjan TV, referring to the capabilities of the new plan to use the emergency fuel card with a bank card, said: This plan has made it possible to monitor refueling more accurately, identify possible violations, and manage the allocation and withdrawal of fuel.

He added: In the new method, the applicant can present his bank card by referring to the location and using the relevant device and choose the amount of fuel he needs; The process takes less than 10 seconds.

Stating that before the implementation of this project, it was not possible to monitor some violations in this way, the director of the Smart Fuel System said: Now it is possible to determine how many times, at which place and how much each person has refueled since the implementation of the project. It is also possible to identify cases where the station operator created several tokens by repeatedly using a bank card and used an emergency fuel card.

Basfa emphasized: The purpose of implementing this plan is to increase transparency, prevent violations and off-grid withdrawals, and more accurately manage fuel allocation and consumption. According to him, the recorded information makes it possible to check the refueling pattern of people and the performance of station operators.

Pointing out that a new restrictive policy has not yet been applied in the framework of this plan, he added: Currently, the refueling process is carried out according to the current routine and the necessary information for the next decisions is being collected. This data can determine how many times each person refueled during the day and whether these requests were made at the same location or at different locations.

The manager of the smart fuel system emphasized the expert support of the project and said: the implementation of such a project relies on the experience of about 25 years of experts of the smart fuel system. Before implementation, various proposals are reviewed, but operational evaluation of the plan and identification of implementation challenges are also important.

At the same time, Basfa did not deny the possibility of defects in the implementation of the plan and said: problems may arise during the implementation stages, but these cases will be identified and resolved gradually.
