The Port Authority confirmed Blair's identity to Variety. A source says the FBI is currently investigating the incident.

"Delta has zero tolerance for illegal or illegal behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first," a Delta Air Lines spokesperson told Variety in a statement.

Despite the chaos on board, there was no operational impact on the flight, which landed at John F. Kennedy Airport ahead of schedule at approximately 11 p.m.

It's not the first time Blair has experienced an outburst on a plane. In 2016, she was carried off a flight on a stretcher after a "total psychotic cycle" while traveling with her 4-year-old son. Blair described the incident as drinking a glass of wine and taking a pill, saying at the time: "It was horrible and scary and I actually sympathized with myself afterwards because it was actually very unusual for me, especially because I'm a mother."
