The news of the death of the wise scientist and servant, Ayatollah Mr. Zainul Abdin Ghorbani, the former representative of the religious jurist in Gilan province and the former Friday imam of Rasht, was deeply saddened.

The deceased was one of the prominent scholars and lasting figures of Gilan who spent his blessed life in the path of teaching and learning, propagating and authoring.
