Rasa Motor Company, as one of the active car importers in the country, published the official catalog of the technical specifications and features of the imported Land Rover Defender.

With the official publication of the Land Rover Defender catalog and equipment table, Rasa Motor Company announced the technical specifications and list of features of this imported SUV for the Iranian market. Defender, which is one of the well-known names in the world of off-road vehicles, is sold in two versions with a short and a long body.

According to the latest car news, the short body version named 90 SE and three-door structure has been introduced, and the long body version will be available in the form of five-door models 110 SE and 110 HSE. Among these three types, 110 HSE is the flagship version, and the details of the specifications and equipment of each model are provided in the official catalog of Rasa Motor.

Appearance design and dimensions of imported Land Rover Defender

Relying on its boxy and classic design, the Land Rover Defender offers a combination of strength, off-road capability and luxurious cabin amenities, along with advanced technologies. In the three-door 90 SE version, this SUV has a length of 4583 mm, a width of 2008 mm and a height of 1974 mm. The distance between the two axles of this model also reaches 2587 mm.

The five-door models 110 SE and 110 HSE have larger dimensions and come with a length of 5018 mm, a width of 2008 mm and a height of 1967 mm. The wheelbase of these two versions is 3022 mm and their cargo space can have a capacity of up to 2380 liters. The capacity of the tank in the 90 SE version is 88.5 liters, while this capacity reaches 90 liters in the 110 models.

The Defender is equipped with an air suspension system with the ability to adjust the height to pass through rough and difficult paths. By changing the height of the body, this system allows the car to better adapt to different road conditions. The entry angle of this SUV is between 31 and 38 degrees, depending on the version and settings. The exit angle is 40 degrees and its breaking angle is between 37.5 and 38 degrees.

The minimum distance of the Defender from the ground is between 218 and 225 mm, depending on the model and the state of the suspension system. This car can also pass through water with a depth of 850 to 900 mm, which increases its ability to move on rocky and muddy tracks.

Rasa Motor offers imported Land Rover Defender with two different engines. The P300 version, which is used in the 90 SE and 110 SE models, is equipped with a 2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an exact volume of 1997 cc. This engine produces 300 horsepower at an engine speed of 5,500 rpm, and its maximum torque reaches 400 Nm, which is available to the driver in the range of 1,500 to 4,000 rpm. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h version of 90 SE with this engine is 8 seconds and the acceleration of 110 SE version is 8.1 seconds.

The flagship version of the 110 HSE uses the more powerful P400 engine. This 3-liter 2996 cc six-cylinder engine can produce 400 horsepower in the range of 5500 to 6500 rpm. The maximum torque of this engine is 550 Nm, which is available to the driver from 2000 to 5000 rpm. Defender 110 HSE with this engine accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.1 seconds.

All types of Land Rover Defender imported by Rasa Motor are equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission and transmit engine power to all four wheels through a permanent two-wheel drive system. This system is equipped with light and heavy gears or AWD High and AWD Low modes so that the car can have better traction in different driving conditions and difficult roads. The maximum speed of all brigades is 191 km/h.
