The Chief Justice of Tehran Province, in his visit to the Prosecutor's Office and the Revolutionary Court, emphasized on decisively dealing with drug traffickers, dealing with espionage agents and strengthening preventive measures to protect public security.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Nasser Atbati, the head of justice of Tehran province, in line with the field monitoring of the functioning of the judiciary and improving the quality of proceedings, visited the Prosecutor's Office and the Revolutionary Court of Tehran and emphasized the need to strengthen judicial deterrence, protection of public security and prevention of crimes.

During this visit, Etbati emphasized on decisive and effective dealing with drug traffickers and dealers in death and called for the adoption of measures to hit the financial and economic foundations of traffickers so that in addition to dealing with the perpetrators judicially, the ground for weakening their criminal activities is also provided.

The Chief of Justice of Tehran Province, emphasizing the importance of protecting the security of the people and the country, considered the decisive and uncompromising confrontation with espionage agents related to the enemy as one of the priorities of the judicial system and emphasized the necessity of legal and effective dealing with these people.

He also pointed to the necessity of dealing with specific crimes and reducing the contexts of crime, emphasized the scientific and scholarly pathology of court cases, and called for the use of the results of specialized investigations to identify the causes and contexts of crimes and strengthen preventive measures.

Etabati further emphasized the acceleration of the handling of important cases and the adoption of precise and timely judicial decisions, and held joint and consultative meetings between the judges of the Prosecutor's Office and the Tehran Revolutionary Court in order to exchange experiences, increase coordination and improve the quality of proceedings.
