He stated that the identification of elites should not be limited to common indicators and criteria in academic and engineering fields, and added: In addition to the scientific and industrial capacities of the province, artists and activists of creative industries also have talents whose identification, support and empowerment can help the cultural and economic development of Isfahan.

Pointing to the necessity of creating equal opportunities for the introduction of talents in different fields, Goli clarified: the engineering and industrial capacities of the province have more opportunities to be seen in many cases due to having more well-known mechanisms; While the background of art and creative industries of Isfahan is also a valuable capacity that needs to be identified and introduced more seriously.

He emphasized the importance of playing the role of elites outside the borders of the country and said: supporting artistic and creative talents can provide the basis for increasing their influence in the province, the country and the international arena. Referring to the possibility of utilizing the capacity of Professor Mahmoud Farshchian to support artistic talents, the head of Isfahan Elite Foundation said: it is necessary to provide mechanisms so that young and talented artists can receive the necessary support according to their specialized fields and professional needs.

Pointing to the age and educational spectrum of the talents of interest in this direction, Goli added: the use of supporting capacities related to the name and position of professor Farshchian can be considered from the age of 18 to 35 and even at higher levels of education, up to the doctoral course; Of course, the difference between art disciplines and the tools used in them requires that support be designed according to the characteristics of each discipline.
