Why Sunroofs Are a Dangerous Place for Children to Stand

A car sunroof may seem like an exciting way for children to watch the outside world, but standing up and putting a head or body through it can turn into an irreparable tragedy within seconds. Sudden braking, collisions with obstacles, and the risk of a child being thrown from the vehicle make the sunroof one of the most dangerous spots for children's playful behavior while driving; a risk that parents' awareness can help prevent.
