Warning on Declining Fertility Rate in Country / Temporary Incentives Do Not Guarantee Childbearing

Deputy Secretary of the National Population Headquarters warned of the downward trend in the country’s fertility rate, saying that the total fertility rate, which was above replacement level in past years, has declined in recent years and, according to presented statistics, has reached about 1.3 children per woman.
