Empty $4 Million Office Leased / Infantino's Unbelievable Spending at Trump Tower

Le Monde's exposé of a strange FIFA contract with the family of the U.S. president has sparked major controversy.

According to Sports Three, the disclosure of the rental of a four million dollar and uninhabited representative office in the famous Trump Tower by FIFA has made the case of Johnny Infantino's financial relations and common interests with the American president's family more controversial.

The dimensions of the close and questionable relations between the International Football Federation (FIFA) and Donald Trump are still controversial. According to the investigative report of the French newspaper Le Monde, the entity managed by Johnny Infantino has committed to pay an amount of nearly four million dollars in the form of rent for a period of seven years and seven months in order to have a representative office on the 17th floor of "Trump Tower" in New York.

Based on this, FIFA has rented a space with an area of 450 square meters from Trump Tower Commercial since June 2025. The collection is managed by Eric Trump, the son of the American president. The signing of this contract in May 2025 has created big question marks and according to the leaked information, this luxury office remains completely empty and is not used.

The president of FIFA, who is in a very fragile position after the disgraceful failure of the "FIFA Forward" commercialization plan, keeps insisting on signs of his closeness to the American president. Trump also gets a significant advertising share from the influence and the big showcase of international football. But such a huge real estate deal with a company affiliated with the Trump family has made FIFA's managerial uncertainties far more complicated and raised doubts about the economic interests behind the curtain of Infantino's presidency of FIFA.
