Emphasis on Supporting Production Units and Protecting the Workforce

The Director-General of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Lorestan Province, emphasizing the need to support production units and protect the workforce, said: Workers' problems and obstacles facing production in Dowreh Chegeni county will be pursued with the cooperation of provincial and county officials and the representative of the people of Khorramabad and Chegeni in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

The General Director of Lorestan Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare emphasized the need to support production units and protect the labor force and said: The problems of workers and obstacles to production in Dore Chegani city will be followed up with the cooperation of provincial and city officials and representatives of the people of Khorram Abad and Chegani in the Islamic Council.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from Lorestan, Ahmad Tofesifian, during his visit to Visian alcohol and oxidizing cooperative companies, emphasized the necessity of addressing workers' issues, supporting production capacities and trying to solve the problems of these units.

In this visit, Hashminiya, the representative of the people of Khorramabad and Chegani in the Islamic Council, the governor of Dore Chegani, the Friday imam of this city and a group of managers of the executive bodies of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare were present in Lorestan and visited different parts of these production complexes.

At the beginning of this visit, the CEO of the alcohol distilling company, while explaining the details of the activity of this group, gave explanations about the stages and process of the production line, and the attendees were closely informed about the production process and current activities of this industrial unit.

On the sidelines of this visit, Tosafian met and talked with a group of workers of the alcohol distilling company, and while learning about their daily activities and efforts, he heard the issues, demands and problems in the workplace directly from the workers.

In this meeting, the general director of Lorestan Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare emphasized the importance of paying attention to the demands of the labor force and stated: directly hearing the issues and problems of the workers provides the basis for a more accurate understanding of the existing obstacles and more effective follow-up of their demands, and the handling of these issues should be pursued with the cooperation of the responsible institutions.

He added: Within the framework of legal duties and capacities, we will try to follow up on the problems raised and help to remove production obstacles. In this direction, the cooperation and assistance of Hashminiya, the representative of the people of Khorramabad and Chegani in the Islamic Council, the governor and Friday imam of Dore Chegani and other executive bodies can play an effective role in speeding up the process of dealing with existing issues.

Also, emphasizing the necessity of strengthening the interaction between the executive bodies and the production complexes, Tosafian stated: supporting production and dealing with workers' issues are two interconnected issues, and following up on the problems in this field with the aim of improving the working conditions of production units and supporting the city's workforce will be seriously put on the agenda.
