Western Backers of Kyiv Ignore Attacks on Russian Oil Refineries, Russian OSCE Envoy Says

Dmitry Polyansky stressed that the West condemns only Russia's retaliatory strikes and ignores the fact that Volodymyr Zelensky «has at least three times recently loudly announced the deliberate escalation of attacks on Russian civilian targets».

Vienna, October 15. /TASS/. Dmitry Polyansky, Russia's permanent representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, said that Western supporters of Ukraine are ignoring the country's attacks on Russian energy facilities.

"Yesterday, at the height of the Ukrainian leader's false campaign that Ukraine will no longer attack Russian energy facilities, Kiev directed its drones at two oil refineries - in the Saratov and Ryazan regions. But the regime's Western backers simply refuse to see that," he told the OSCE Permanent Council. His speech is available at Tas.
