The General Director of Roads and Urban Development of Qazvin province said: Following the conclusion of the contract for the preparation of a special plan for the protection and restoration of the historical-cultural fabric of Qazvin city this year, the study process of this plan is being pursued with the aim of protecting the valuable historical heritage, improving the quality of urban life and revitalizing the social and economic capacities of this area.
