Alternative Method for Submitting Kalabarg Increase Requests

With the start of the process to increase Kalabarg credit and the additional deposits for households covered by support agencies, other eligible beneficiaries must receive an SMS, visit the Dolat-e Hooshmand portal, and complete the provided self-declaration form. This has become a new hassle for the public.

With the beginning of the process of increasing the credit of Kalabarg and depositing additional credit of the households covered by the support institutions, other beneficiaries of this plan must go to the Smart Government portal after receiving the SMS and complete the self-declaration form provided, and this has become a new source of trouble for the people.

According to Ambassador Arjan, after months of confirming and denying and reviewing the increase in the validity of Kalaberg in the government, finally this week, the increase in Kalaberg for about half of the population of 87 million people was implemented.

Hossein Ghorbani, a social welfare expert, said in the "Parkway" program of Sefir Arjan TV about the increase in credit of Kalaberg: The increase of credit of Kalaberg is considered for about 42 to 44 million people, equivalent to half of the beneficiaries of this plan.

He added: In the first phase, about 11 million people covered by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) and the Welfare Organization have received 500,000 tomans more credit in addition to the one million toman credit of Kalaberg. In this order, the credit of these people's merchandise has reached one million and 500 thousand Tomans.

Ghorbani continued: Other people who are subject to credit increase should go to the e-government system at my address after receiving the SMS. refer and provide the possibility of receiving additional credit by completing the questionnaire and the relevant declaration. According to him, SMS will be sent to about 3 million of these people, and benefiting from credit increase depends on going through this process.

Criticizing the obligation of households to register information in the system, this social welfare expert said: There are many information systems in the country, including the Iranian welfare system and tax systems, in which income information and the status of households are recorded. Therefore, using the same information, eligible households can be identified and credit increases can be provided to them without imposing additional administrative processes.

He added: It is not easy for all people to refer to the system and complete the questionnaire. Especially the elderly and those who live in remote areas may find it difficult to do this; Therefore, the use of available information and direct identification of beneficiaries can facilitate people's access to this livelihood support.

Ghorbani also pointed to the disruption of the e-government system after the announcement of the increase in the validity of Kalaberg and said: the increase in people's visits since the morning of the news announcement made access to the system difficult, and this disruption affected the performance of other users' affairs as well.

He emphasized: Despite the importance of increasing the validity of Kalaberg for households, the requirement to complete the questionnaire, verify the information and meet the deadline until Tuesday can be troublesome for people. While it is possible to identify many eligible households through the available data of government agencies.
