Spokesperson of the Gas Stations Association of the country: Identification of the fuel card of gas stations has been implemented in Tehran and we are currently receiving people's opinions, criticisms and suggestions in order to reflect and follow up on the problems.

According to the reporter of Mehr Baskhangoi, the Gas Stations Association of the country said: The process of identification of gas stations' fuel cards has already been implemented in Tehran, and this association is collecting opinions, criticisms and suggestions from people, experts and station owners to reflect and follow up possible problems with the decision makers.

Reza Nawaz stated that there were always criticisms regarding the use of station cards and unfortunately, in some cases, violations or negligence were attributed to the personnel, and explained: the limitation of the number of cards was the reason for not providing services in most cases; On the other hand, it was not clear who was using these cards and it was not possible to track them; Therefore, the officials of the subsidiary companies of the Ministry of Oil decided to adopt a method to identify the station cards.

He added that after the approval of this plan, opinions were also sought from this association and expert opinions were provided in the field of service quality and reducing the problems of the station holders, some of which have been corrected and follow-up is in progress to resolve other criticisms in order to optimize the plan. According to Nawaz, if problems are reduced and refueling time is shortened to avoid queues, we can hope for the merits of this plan.

Emphasizing that every project has its strengths and weaknesses, the spokesperson of the position holders' association pointed out that the art of decision-makers is in a specialized and all-round view of the issue. Regarding the decrease in the sales of the stands, for which he is investigating the reasons, he said: the royalties of the stands are determined based on the amount of sales, and considering the decrease in sales in Tehran or other provinces, the royalties should be revised.

Nawaz mentioned another important criticism of the people, the deduction of 1,000 Tomans for the allocation of code by electronic payment companies and said: This amount is not allocated to the station, and according to the demands of the people, we are pursuing possible permits for this withdrawal and also the increase of electronic payment companies in the stations, so that by creating competition, this cost will be significantly reduced. He also promised that the authorities will take necessary measures to solve the problems of refueling motorcycles.
