Alborz Cyber Police Chief: Do Not Hand Over Gold to Anonymous Buyers

Warning about a new scam targeting gold sellers, the Alborz Cyber Police Chief said fraudsters may pose as gold buyers and use hacked bank accounts or accounts belonging to others to drag sellers into financial troubles and legal cases.

Police chief Fata Alborz warned about the new way of defrauding gold sellers and said: Fraudsters may involve sellers in financial problems and lawsuits by introducing themselves as gold buyers and using hacked bank accounts or those belonging to other people.
