Gilan's Department of Industry, Mining and Trade won the top provincial agency title in the 'Sustainability of Service Delivery' category at the Shahid Rajaei Festival for the fourth consecutive year. The achievement was earned through continuous service provision, round-the-clock responsiveness, and facilitating affairs for citizens and economic actors.

For the fourth year in a row, the General Directorate of Industry, Mines and Trade of Gilan won the title of the best institution of the province in the "sustainability of service provision" axis of the Shahid Rajaei Festival; A success that has been achieved by relying on the continuity of service delivery, 24/7 response and facilitating the affairs of people and economic activists.

According to the reporter of Ambassador Arjan Gilan, the General Directorate of Industry, Mining and Trade of Gilan Province was nominated as the best institution of the province in the field of "sustainability of service provision" for the fourth consecutive year in the evaluations of the Shahid Rajaee festival. In the appreciation ceremony of the best institutions of the province, which was held under the chairmanship of the governor of Gilan, Taimur Pourhidari, the director general of the industry, mining and trade of the province, received the plaque and the statue of the festival. Pointing to the factors of this success, Pourheidari said: continuous service, 24/7 response and customer satisfaction are the result of the efforts of the employees of this complex and the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
